Well priced and pleasant hotel, I liked lovely breakfast!
Perfect location tricky to find the pedestrian route to the towpath trail along the canal made it easy to get to key attractions. Moreover, it's very close to the greatest gardens in the UK and Offa's Dyke footpath.

What a restful stay, no reason to complain. Ideal place and fabulous and quiet room. Particularly good, magnificent location so close to public transport, Shrewsbury or Oswestry and the lovely Montgomery canal. Neat building and rooms with good shower. Lovely and superb breakfast even for vegetarians; accommodating staff.

Great hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfasts were absolutely scrumptious, with huge portions that kept us full all day. the host was excellent with our young children, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
The bar service was disappointing, with a lack of attentiveness and overpriced drinks. the lack of customers and a cold atmosphere in the bar made it uninviting.

The staff here were super friendly, and the breakfast was really good, especially for vegetarians. The location is amazing - just a 5-minute walk to town. 🌟

I recently stayed at Ty Llew for a couple of nights and it was wonderful. The room was spacious, and I loved being able to park my car right by the entrance. The highlight of my stay was the Wednesday night 'Music night' where talented locals performed classic rock songs. The breakfast served by the friendly landlady was superb, with bottomless tea and delicious full English. The hotel's tasteful furnishings and clean rooms made it feel like a home away from home.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.
